When you contact us through the enquiry form on this website, through WhatsApp, by email or by phone, you may give us:

• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your email address
• Your business name
• The service you are interested in and an approximate budget
• Anything else you choose to write in your message

The enquiry form on this website does not store anything on our servers. When you submit it, the details you typed are placed into a WhatsApp message or an email draft on your own device, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

Information from advertising lead forms

If you fill in a lead form inside a Google or Meta advertisement, that platform collects your details and passes them to us. We receive the same kinds of information listed above. The platform’s own privacy policy also applies to that collection.

Information collected automatically

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel records basic technical data when a page is requested, including your IP address, browser type, device type and the page you visited. This is used to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads so it can serve those font files.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them. If an enquiry does not become a project, we normally remove it within twelve months. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as the relationship continues and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
